A great spa experience!
I just got off the phone with one of our customers and she took the time to tell me what a great experience she has been having at the spa and that the massage therapist she has been seeing has been excellent.
Earlier today an employee told me to check out a Facebook post that commented on the great service another client had had with a different employee. He had stated that he was pain-free after his massage! He had been feeling awful for weeks after surgery but after his massage was much better.
Many of our Yelp reviews continue to compliment the spa and the staff. I always share these reviews and feedback with my team. I think positive feedback keeps us wanting to do our best work.
Of course, at times we have also received complaints from customers. I prefer to take any negative feedback and turn it into useful feedback. Negative feedback has helped us learn to try something new, make adjustments to protocols or provide additional staff training. Negative feedback can actually bring out the best in us!
We wouldn’t be here and doing what we do best if it wasn’t for all kinds of feedback.
It has been a pleasure to provide clients with expert massage therapy and skin care in west suburban neighborhoods. I am glad clients can rely on us as a quality business for these services. They can trust our expertise because we work very hard to maintain them. The hard work pays off because people actually notice and choose to come back to us.
My employees come to me with their spa certificates and licenses from reputable schools. They continue to renew their licenses with additional training every other year. We also do our own in-house training in staff meetings or one on one after hours to keep the skills up that are necessary to remain competitive in this industry.
Our clients have many options on where they could go to receive massages and skin care. We do not take that for granted. We appreciate every customer that makes the decision to revisit our spa. They are well worth working hard to provide the best services we can.
