Practice Intention.
What is your intention for the day, the month, the year? All we need to do is pause, take a breath, think, look within and connect to our heart and feelings. Why is this so challenging to make happen? This is difficult to use mindfully every day, but when we can remember, we gain many benefits for ourselves and others. Once intention is put into practice we will naturally turn towards our heart for answers, questions, goals and plans. Is your intention to learn something new, create healthy habits, reach out to someone, communicate, work through something difficult? Practicing intention keeps us grounded and purposeful. It keeps us moving in a direction with truth and clarity and gets us peaceful results when the core of our intention is found with an open heart.
